2.个人简介

  刘海文,男,工科博士。现任大连大学教授,教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家百千万人才工程入选者,国家“有突出贡献中青年专家”,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,中国电子学会会士,德国洪堡学者Humboldt Fellow,日本东京大学JSPS Fellow,爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”。近年来,刘海文教授主要从事微波毫米波电路与无线系统、 5G/深空通信天线与低频射电阵列、生物特征感知识别与数据挖掘,以及遥感大数据智能识别与数据挖掘等方向研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、联合面上和地区项目4项、国家重点研发计划项目1项、国家支撑计划项目1项、日本学术振兴学会、德国洪堡基金会、韩国国家研究基金会国际合作重点项目、教育部留学归国人员项目、铁道部科技研究计划重点项目、上海航天创新基金项目、香港王宽城科研基金等30余项课题研究。
